Barton cross country teams compete at KJCCC/Region VI Championships #GoBarton
October 30, 2017On a frigid day in Garden City, Kansas, the Barton Community College cross country teams took to the Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in the KJCCC/Region VI Championships. With the women not fielding a complete squad, the Cougar men placed 8th in the KJCCC West Division and 13th in the overall Region VI standings. -
Lady Cougar cross country team places 13th at FHSU Tiger Open #GoBarton
October 07, 2017The Barton Community College women's cross country team wrapped up its regular season with a 13th placing today in the Fort Hays State University Tiger Open. Delayed thirty minutes due to heavy rains Friday night, the five Lady Cougar runners were among the 157 entries and fifteen team 5k Black Race held at Victoria’s wet and muddy Sand Plum Nature Trail.

Goncalves' third place leads Barton women's cross country team at Papa John's Invite #GoBarton
September 25, 2017The Barton Community College women's cross country team competed in their second meet of the season Friday evening in the Papa John’s Invitational hosted by Emporia State University. Held at the Emporia Municipal Golf Course, the Lady Cougars didn’t field a full team in the 5k race amongst a field of 147 runners from NJCAA, NAIA, and NCAA Division II levels.
