2014 “Black Out” night for breast cancer awareness
In conjunction with the Wednesday, January 29th, home basketball game, Barton Community College will dedicate the night to “Black Out” for cancer awareness. Offering support and increasing awareness, the Barton Athletic Office encourages fans to wear black as a show of support or purchase “Black Out” themed t-shirts. Proceeds from all t-shirt sales will be donated to the Barton Relay for Life team and be purchased prior to Friday, January 17, by contacting the Barton Athletic Office at (620) 792-9377 or via the web at www.BartonSports.com. The Cougar basketball teams will be hosting Hutchinson Community College with the women’s game beginning at 5:30 p.m. and the men scheduled to tip-off at approximately 7:30 p.m. A special performance by the Barton Dance team will also take place at halftime of the men’s game.
