Pulley signs to play basketball for Missouri
The Barton County Community College men's basketball team had a 4th member ink with an NCAA Division I team when Randy Pulley signed to play for Missouri next year. Pulley joins Robert Whaley (Cincinnati), Nouha Diakite (Louisville), and redshirt freshman Jesse McClung (Ball State) as Cougars heading to DI schools.

Pulley, the starting point guard for the Cougars this past season, was a 2nd team All-Jayhawk West and 2nd team All-Region VI pick. He averaged 12.8 points and 6.1 assists this past season for Barton. The transfer from St. Louis University scored a season-high 27 points at Colby when Barton had played the game short-handed.

His 16 assists against Neosho County in November tied him for the 2nd highest single game total in Barton County history. Pulley was just 3 rebounds short of a triple double in that contest. His 186 single season assists is in the Top 10 at Barton. In addition to his ability to run and create, Pulley was an effective shooter as well, hitting .533 from the field this season. He also led the Cougars with 1.8 steals per contest.

Missouri is coming off 22-11 season that saw the Tigers knocked out in the 2nd round of the NCAA tournament after making the Elite Eight the previous season.
