Koltyn Ratliff is in his first year with Barton’s sports medicine program with primary responsibilities including taking care of the men’s soccer, baseball, wrestling, indoor track and field, eSports, and bowling programs.

A native of Ness City, Kansas, Koltyn began his career in the Fall of 2020 as Assistant Athletic Trainer at Sterling College working with many different teams including football, men’s basketball, baseball, soccer, cheer and tennis.

Graduating in May 2018 from Sterling with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree, Koltyn stayed with the Warriors in earning his Master of Science in Athletic Training degree in May 2020.

Koltyn completed the NATA’s Board of Certification requirements in July of 2020 and the requirements for Kansas State Licensure in October of 2020.
