Bio

Kelsey Brummer is in her first year as Barton's assistant athletic trainer.

Brummer completed the NATA’s Board of Certification requirements in April of 2019 and the requirements for Kansas State Licensure in August of 2019.

A native of Hoisington, Kansas, Brummer graduated Cum Laude in May of 2019 from Wichita State University, earning a Bachelor of Art degree in Athletic Training.

While at Wichita State, Brummer was member of Delta Gamma Sorority, volunteered at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church and was part of the Athletic Training Student Association with completed clinical rotations in women’s basketball and baseball at Wichita State, along with high school coverage at Bishop Carroll and Wichita North high schools.

Brummer’s primary teams of responsibility are with the volleyball, cross country, swimming and track and field programs.
