Green garners All-Region VI honors

Kayan Green of the Barton Community College women's cross country team was named to the fifteen member All-Region VI team Saturday morning.

Posting a top-15 finish in the race Green secured her first regional honor with her 12th place finish in the 86-entry field. The sophomore led the four pack of Cougars around the 5k Colby Meadow Lake course in 20:12.57 to wrap up her Cougar cross country career.
