The Barton Community College women's tennis team defeated Hesston College 8-1 Tuesday at Great Bend's Veteran's Memorial Park tennis courts.  Barton swept the doubles matches before going 5-1 in singles play to improve to 2-6 on the season.  The Lady Cougars will return to Vet's Park on Saturday for a 10:00 a.m. dual with Midland University.
