Barton’s Harris picks up all-conference honor

Kilee Harris of the Barton Community College women's basketball team earned honorable mention honors as recently announced by the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC).

Harris led the Lady Cougars averaging 11.5 points per game with a career high twenty-five point output and reached double figure scoring nineteen times in her sophomore campaign including a stretch of ten straight early in the conference season.  The Protection, Kansas, native was also second on the team grabbing 6.8 rebound per contest recording six double-double performances grabbing a career high fourteen to open the 2015-16 season.
