David Schenek begins his 9th season leading the storied Barton Men’s and Women’s Track & Field programs.

In Coach Schenek’s previous eight seasons, the Cougars have earned a combined 16 Top-5 National finishes while landing in the Top-10 nationally twenty-four times.
Most recently, the program wrapped up the 2016-17 outdoor season bringing home two national runner-up trophies from the 2017 NJCAA Division I Championships to follow an third place (men) and fourth place (women) finish at the indoor national championships. The Cougars obtained 80 All-American honors in the indoor and outdoor season with five individual titles.
