Jaden Uken is in his first season at Barton County. 

A native of the Midwest, Uken graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln during the summer of 2003 where received his Bachelor of Science in Education. His focus concentrated on the areas of Business Education as well as Adult and Vocational Education. 

While in Lincoln, Uken served five seasons as a student manager for the Cornhusker’s men’s basketball team. It was during this time that Uken worked directly under Dave Campbell and the Barry Collier staff. 

Prior to Collier’s arrival for the 2000-2001 campaign, Uken worked two seasons for Danny Nee. In 1998-1999, the Cornhuskers finished with a 20-13 record and featured the Big XII player of the year with Center Venson Hamilton.

Uken graduated from Harvard Public Schools in Harvard, Nebraska in 1998.
