Barton concludes season with loss to Seward County
The Barton County Community College men's basketball team wrapped up a difficult season Saturday with a loss to Seward County, 79-66, at the Barton County Gym. The Cougars completed their season with an 19-11 record – one game shy of a 20-win season – despite not having the chance to play in the post season due to NJCAA sanctions. AJ Martin, a sophomore from Wichita like Love, was injured and was unable to suit up and play in his final game. Seward County finishes the regular season with a 21-9 record and a 7-9 West mark. Seward will travel to Independence for 1st round Region VI action.
