The Barton Community College esports team captured its' second winning week of the spring season securing a 6-4 mark in week five action.

Reaching the halfway point of the season, the Cougars improve their spring mark to 21-22 with just four weeks remaining in the regular season.

Barton claimed victories in Overwatch (3-0), Madden (2-0), COD: Cold War (2-0) and a trio of wins in NBA 2K (2-0, 2-0 and 2-0).

Fortnite kicked off individual action this past week with Elijah Payne leading the Cougars with an 81st placing while teammate Adam Hardin finished 188th in the 2000 participant field.

The Cougars will have 10 more team matchups on tap for next week with a pair of individual contest in Fortnite.
