Under new direction, Skylar Franklin and his Barton Community College eSports program kicked off the fall 2023 season this past week as the Cougars opened the campaign with a 4-3 record.

Highlighting the victories on the week were the Call of Duty 4v4, Call of Duty Gun Fight and Overwatch 2 squads, while Tamari Howard scored the lone individual victory in Super Smash Brothers.

The Cougars will look to maintain the early season success with another eight games on the docket, while Valorant team will make their season debut following their week one bye.
