Nokleby and Rainbow 6 Siege remain perfect highlighting week three and four action #GoBarton

Barton eSports Week 3 & 4 results

The strong start to the season continued for the Barton Community College eSports team as a pair of teams sustained their perfect record through the opening four weeks of the season.

Posting their second straight 6-2 mark in week three action, the Cougars experienced a bit of a skid in week four going 5-3 bringing their overall season record to 21-11.

Week 3
Caden Nokleby in Madden 22 along with the five pack of Rainbow 6 Siege participants got the Cougars off and running extending both their win streaks to 3-0 with straight sweeps over Iowa Central Community College and Wichita State Technical respectfully.

Super Smash Brother participants Frank Wilkens and Harley Headley made it four straight Barton victories each recording 3-0 clean sheets over Iowa Central Community College and Southside Virginia Community College.

Headley made it 2-for-2 on the week leading a pair of Mario Kart gamers with a 4-0 victory over Mesalands Community College with teammate Adam Hardin getting back in the win column securing a 4-0 triumph over Lorain County Community College.

Other results saw the Rocket League squad dropping a 3-1 tilt to Northern Virginia Community College with the reigning spring Call of Duty 2v2 Gunfight Champions of Hardin and Kindrick Castro slipping for the first time this year dropping the best of five map pack to Iowa Western Community College 3-2.

Week 4
Bouncing back off its' week three loss, the Rocket League team started the week on a positive note for the Cougars pulling their record back to .500, with a 3-1 victory over rival Hutchinson Community College.

Perfect Tuesdays continued for Nokleby in Madden 22 securing a 2-0 victory over Dawson Community College. Just hours later the Rainbow 6 Siege clan made it 4-0 on the year demolishing Northern Virginia Community College 2-0.

Wilkens drew his season record back to 2-2 winning his second straight Super Smash Brothers match with a 3-0 sweep over Coastal Bend College while teammate Headley dropped his first contest of the season to Lincoln Land Community College 3-0.

The Cougars experienced mixed results in Mario Kart as Hardin notched his second win of the year climbing back to 2-2 on the season with a 4-1 win over Hudson Valley Community College with teammate Headley dropping his first result of the season in a 4-0 result to Western Technical College.

Capping the week results was the Call of Duty Gunfight 2v2 of Hardin and Castro dropping their second straight contest falling to Northwest College in the fifth and decisive map.

The Cougars will kick-off the fifth week of the season Monday as another slate of eighth contests get underway.
