High School

Attended Valley Center High School where he was a four year starter.  He earned All League and All-State Honors while at Valley Center and was selected the Player of the Year in 2007.  Matt lettered in three sports in high school.  As a freshman he started 10 games, winning 5 of those starts.  He is a team captain and a guy the rest of the team looks to for leadership.  He is a competitor on the mound and will DH on occasion this spring.  Matt is the son of Dick & Cristy Robertson.
