Ledford to pitch for Barton County baseball
The Barton County Community College baseball team added a left-hander to the pitching staff with the signing of Caleb Ledford from Castle Rock High School in Washington. Ledford pitched and played outfield for Rockets.

While at Castle Rock his senior season, Ledford notched a 6-1 mark on the mound with an excellent 0.89 ERA. Ledford also hit .419 for the Rockets. He was a 4-year letterwinner and 3-year start at Castle Rock, which finished 2nd in the conference his freshman and senior seasons. Ledford was an all-league pick his junior and seniors with Castle Rock.

Ledford was also a member of the National Honor Society and an Academic All-League pick all four years. He received honors in science, math, English, and psychology while at Castle Rock. He also played football four years for the Rockets.
