Parents weekend Sept. 25 and 26 for Barton County baseball
The Barton County Community College baseball team will hold its annual Parents Weekend this upcoming weekend. Activities are planned for both Saturday and Sunday including baseball games, orientation, and a barbeque among other activities.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to Barton County Baseball Parents Weekend. It will be a great opportunity for you to meet other parents and get aquainted with Barton County Community College and the resources we provide, as well as see the Cougars in action.

The dates of Parents Weekend are Sept. 25 and 26. Hopefully you will be able to attend and show your support for Cougar Baseball. The schedule is as follows:

Sat., Sept. 25 
11:00 a.m. -- One seven inning game
2:00 p.m. -- Parents orientation (Lower level of Kirkman – Room P5A)
4:00 p.m. -- One seven inning game
6:30 p.m. -- Barbeque

Sun., Sept. 26 
1:00 p.m. -- Doubleheader

Parents orientation will consist of presentations from Neil Elliott, Athletic Director; Jackie Ellliott, Dean of Student Development; Dana Foss, Administrative Assistant to the AD; Ken Henderson, Head Athletic Trainer; Kathy Brock, School Nurse; and Mike Marzolf, Sports Information Director. You will also hear from the coaches.
