After reaching the Region VI Championship match last season, the Barton Community College volleyball team was picked to finish fourth this season in the recently released Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) coaches poll.  The Cougars begin the 2013 season this weekend with four matches in Council Bluffs, Iowa, which include taking on top ranked Western Nebraska Community College and No. 16 ranked Western Wyoming Community College.   Barton will then travel to Hutchinson Community College Wednesday August 28 to open the conference season against the preseason favorite Blue Dragons before playing its first home match of the season on Saturday August 31 against Hesston College.
