For the third time this season, Nia Baker of the 18th ranked Barton Community College women's soccer team has been named the KJCCC's week nine recipient of the Goalkeeper of the Week honors.

Baker helped the Cougars get back on track rejecting all three shots faced in her 73-minutes of action assisting in her fourth shutout victory of the season in Barton's 3-0 road victory at Dodge City.

The award is the sophomore's third of the season and sixth career KJCCC weekly award selection.

Receiving an off day in Wednesday's 5-0 victory over Garden City Community College, Baker and the Cougars will conclude the regular season on Saturday with a trip to conference front-runner 13th ranked Cowley College in a 2:00 p.m. first kick.
