For the first thirty minutes Saturday at the Salthawk Sports Complex in Hutchinson the Barton Community College women's soccer team went toe to toe with the Blue Dragons of Hutchinson Community College.  Unfortunately for the Lady Cougars there were sixty more minutes of action to play as the Blue Dragons scored two goals before halftime tacking on four more in the final half for a 6-0 victory.  The Jayhawk West conference opening loss for Barton drops the Lady Cougars to 1-2-1 on the season with Hutchinson, who is receiving votes in the latest NJCAA national poll, continues rolling along in the early season at 5-0 and 2-0 in West play.   Barton's next action will come this Wednesday in doubleheader action at the Cougar Soccer Complex hosting Dodge City Community College as the Lady Cougars will kick-off at 2:00 p.m. followed by the men's contest at 4:00 p.m.
