Barton Women's Bowling finishes fourth at Bronco Bash; Feast earns All-Tournament Team #GoBarton

The Barton Community College women's bowling team pieced together their highest tournament finish of the season this past weekend at the Bronco Bash, finishing fourth out of the field of 10 teams.

The Cougars posted a total pinfall of 7,267 over five team games and 20 Baker games, with Ottawa University taking the team title with a final score of 7,707 pins.

Casey Feast sustained her recent success tossing her way onto the All-Tournament team finishing fourth out of the 64-participant field with a five-game score of 924 pins. The freshman rolled two of the Cougars' three 200 games, posting a 227 in game three and a 205 in game four. Feast led seven other Barton entries averaging 184.8 over five games while falling just four pins back of third place and 76 shy of first place Danika Hickey of Ottawa University.

Taylor Cessna rolled the other lone 200-plus round for the Cougars with a fifth game score of 201 on her way to a 14th place finish individually at 828. Ana Stanton had a solid day finishing 30th rolling a four-game total of 702 for a team second best average of 175.5. 

Brecken Philbrick scored a four-game total of 649 with Courtney Kitchen knocking down a 443 in three games tossed and Kylie Lowe adding a 279 over two games.

Ella Adkins rolled a one round score of 149 while Jaden Boden set a new personal best score of 139 in her lone game. 

Barton will have one final tune up at this weekend's SWIBC Championships held at the Fire Lake Lanes in Shawnee, OK before traveling to the NJCAA National Championships held March 3rd-5th in Lansing, MI.
