Queen Ulabo of the Barton Community College women's basketball team has been named the KJCCC Division I Women's Player of the Week.

Ulabo nearly averaged a double-double helping Barton secure the second seed out of the Jayhawk West.  Bagging 11 points and grabbing eight rebounds on Monday, Ulabo helped the Cougars secure a season sweep over the West Champions and 20th ranked Hutchinson before posting her 8th double-double of the year in a dominant win over Dodge.

Concluding the regular season at 16-5 in KJCCC West play and an overall mark of 17-5, Barton secures home court advantage for the first two rounds of the post-season should they first win Monday's 5:30 p.m. opening round game versus Allen Community College.

Ulabo secured the teams' first weekly award for the season while notching her fourth career player of the week honors.
