High School/Club:

During her time at Benson High School, Samara lettered twice and started two years. As a senior, she averaged 10 points, 4 assists, and 8 rebounds per game. She shot 48 percent from the field and 75 percent from the free throw line, and connected for 75 percent from three point range. Samara was voted Best Defensive Player at Benson.
