Highlights

Jenny Brown sent the game to overtime by hitting two free throws with 0.1 seconds to play in regulation. In the overtime, the Cougars dominated from the opening tip. A traditional 3-point play by Sarah Kendrick got Barton County started and Briana Book followed with back-to-back treys to give Barton County a 72-64 lead. From that point on it was a free throw shooting contest for the Cougars, who hit 7-of-10 charity tosses in the final two minutes for the win.

The Nebraska sophomore recorded her 5th double-double as a Cougar -- her third this season. Book led Barton with 18 points, keyed by those two big treys in overtime. She also snagged seven boards and handed out five assists. Kendrick scored 11, eight of which came in the overtime session. Jalyssa Miller led Dodge City 24 points.
