Leondre Washington of the Barton Community College men's basketball team has earned his second KJCCC Men's Division I Basketball Player of the Week honor in being named the week fifteen recipient.

Washington, who won the week thirteen award earlier, averaged over twenty-one points per game this past week as the Cougars as a team struggled to a 1-2 week. Shooting 41.4% from beyond the arc and sinking fourteen of his sixteen free throw attempts, Washington additionally averaged over three assists and two steals per contest.

Seeded as the third team out of the Jayhawk West at 14-7, Barton will take a 23-7 record on the season beginning postseason play on Wednesday hosting Neosho County Community College (8-12, 15-15).
