Barton Volleyball rallies for fifth set conference victory

After dropping the first two sets 17-25 and 18-25, the Cougars faced defeat early in set three trailing 7-10.  However the Cougars went on to outscore the Broncbusters by six the rest of the way to win 25-22 and set up an exciting fourth set.  The two teams traded lone point leads until the Cougars were able to pull ahead at 15-13.  However the Busters responded by building the set's largest lead by either team at 20-17.  After the Cougars fought back to tie it at 20, the teams would battle to five more ties as each team had four set points before the Cougars were finally able to secure the 29-27 victory.  Having all the momentum entering the match's final fifth set, Barton raced to a 5-0 lead and eventually ran away with the 15-5 win.
