The Barton Community College men's cross country team wrapped up the season Saturday at Colby's Meadow Lake Golf Course competing in the Region VI Championships.
Ethan Woodrome just missed his personal 8k best by three seconds in clocking a 29:49.24 to lead a trio of Cougars in the 101 man field with a 64th overall finish.
Djordje Racic was twenty seconds behind in 70th with a 30:10.59 while Trent Padilla place 79th with a time of 31:14.62.
The event closed out the 2021 cross country schedule as the Cougars will use the off-season in preparation for the indoor track and field season set to begin in January.
