SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State track and field teams have a busy weekend ahead with two meets on the schedule. The Bobcats host the Bobcat Invitational March 29-31 at the Bobcat Track & Field Stadium and compete at the 91^st Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in Austin at Mike A. Myers Stadium.
 
The Bobcat Invitational will feature athletes from all three NCAA levels, professionals and national teams competing this weekend. Thursday and Friday starts at 8:30 a.m. with decathlon events. On Saturday, the first event, women's javelin, begins at 9 a.m.
 
In Austin, the Bobcats will face off against dozens of NCAA contenders in one of the largest track meets in the country. Notable programs with athletes at the Texas Relays include Arkansas, Baylor, Clemson, LSU, Houston and Texas A&M. The meet will air live on the Longhorn Network, ESPN3 and through the WatchESPN app and feature 13.5 hours of covered with 10.5 of it live during the meet.
