Kearney, Neb. - The sixth-ranked Nebraska-Kearney wrestling team has its regular season home opener this weekend at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds.

The 6th Annual UNK Holiday Inn Open (non-team scoring) begins at 9:00 a.m. Saturday and will run into the late afternoon/early evening hours.

Just over 500 wrestlers are expected to take part, making this one of the largest college tournaments in the country. The list includes Division I and Division II schools, NAIA institutions and many junior colleges.
