Lady Cougar cross country finishes 28th at NJCAA ChampionshipThe Barton Community College women's cross country team finished 28th this past weekend at the NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championship held in Ina, Illinois. The Lady Cougars had four runners within the top two hundred and finished the 5K course averaging 22:42.2.
Paulina Montoya led the Lady Cougars with a 61st place finish in 20:08.4. Michelle Klepper's 21:13.6 was good for 129th while Samantha Vachon finished 182nd in 21:53.4. Kaileigh Dietrich finished 212th with a time of 22:30.3 while Lauren Belieau finished 293rd in a time of 27:45.1.
