It only took the Cougars two minutes to score and only six minutes to get the winning goal as the No. 7 ranked Barton Community College men's soccer team blitzed Northwest Kansas Technical College 7-1 Tuesday at the Cougar Soccer/Track Complex in first-round action of the Region VI playoffs.   The scoring duo of conference player of the week Ebu Camara and Sam McCrillis accounted for the first three Barton goals as the Cougars raced out to a 4-0 lead with just under eighteen minutes into the contest.  Despite Northwest getting a first half goal to draw within 4-1 at halftime, the Cougars put the Mavericks away scoring three goals in fourteen minutes late in the contest.  Next up for the top-seeded 14-2-1 Cougars will be a trip to Topeka's Hummer Sports Park in the regional semifinals on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. against 12-7-0 Dodge City Community College.  Barton defeated the Conquistadors 3-2 on September 5 but needed a goal in the game's last three minutes to get the win.  Dodge City, who finished fourth in the regional standings, is coming off back-to-back 1-0 shutout victories over Pratt Community College.  The winner of the Barton-Dodge contest will play in the Region VI Championship game at noon Sunday.
