Barton Community College's Rainbow 6 Siege squad pulled off an upset over a highly ranked team in leading the program's week six results.

Tying in their previous three attempts of a knocking off a Top-6 team, Monday evening the 11th ranked Cougar Rainbow 6 Siege team finally broke through by knocking off the 6th ranked Pirates of North Central Missouri College. Barton won the first game 7-2 before sweeping the series 7-1 to up their season mark to 2-1-3 while dropping NCMC to 3-3 in the push for post-season play.

Barton split their two Super Smash Brothers contests as 72nd ranked Landon Robl swept No. 73 Hawkeye Community College with 140th ranked Bryce Boltman suffering the same margin of defeat to No. 136 John Wood Community College.

Elijah Payne continued to show he is a contender in Fortnite, shaking off the rust of not competing last week to finish 12th overall scoring two points and chalking up two eliminations. Trent Keffer did not compete in this week's action.

The 13th ranked Rocket League team was dealt its second consecutive loss by falling 4-0 to 14th ranked Utah State University Eastern. The Cougars dropped game one 7-1, battled to one point 3-2 and 6-5 losses, before closing on the short end of a 5-2 score.

Brayden Clare led the Madden 21 team with a 3-1 record, beginning the week earning a 2-0 win over 18th ranked Hinds Community College (34-20, 31-17) in a matchup postponed from last week. Returning to the console on Friday, the 20th ranked player recovered from a 34-10 loss to salvage the split with a 24-12 victory with Garden City Community College's 24th ranked player.

Corey Hale, ranked 16th in the latest poll, picked up a forfeit win over No. 30 Jefferson College but the Cougars other two players had a rough week in video gridiron. Top ranked Davon Morris, who bounced back last week after taking his first loss, dropped the first game 10-7 to 10th ranked Garden City but the bid to salvage was thwarted by the Broncbuster resulting in a 30-11 score. Anthony Twiggs, ranked 22nd overall, was also dealt a 2-0 defeat in dropping 30-7 and 27-21 game scores to 18th ranked Hinds.

Barton will use the remainder of regular scheduled contests to make a push for the postseason as two weeks remain in the fall portion.
